Wear earplugs or headphones to block out noises while studying or working.
Review the next day's schedule the night before so you can hit the ground running.
Divide larger projects into smaller pieces, estimate time for each, and set deadlines.
Before a boring task, do some physical exercise or a favorite activity to activate your brain.
Use color to organize papers and projects according to priority and urgency.
Eat a balanced diet with proper protein to support focus and cognitive performance.
Get at least 8 hours of sleep and try to maintain a consistent bedtime routine.
When you can't start a task, try jumping jacks, climbing stairs, or any quick movement.
